Our story

Empowered Futures has grown out of a shared passion to see people with multiple disabilities and complex care needs live and experience all that life has to offer. We partner with people with disabilities and their loved ones to provide a home that offers safety, warmth and familiarity. Empowered Futures provide high quality and responsive disability supports with a caring and highly skilled disability support team. We have well established processes for staff training, mentoring and management, which have resulted in a team of over 50 long term staff who are dedicated and passionate about supporting people with disabilities. We assist people with complex support needs to live as independently as possible by having empowering processes, values and attitudes. Over the last 10 years Empowered Futures have specialised in supporting those with multiple disabilities by providing great collaborative practice, genuine stakeholder engagement and dedicated case management. This has allowed people with disabilities to experience high quality supports in their own purpose-built home. We have supported many people in their transition out of their family home for the first time.
