Our people

Empowered Futures has a vision to capture the well spring of talented people who have spent their lives investing in the disability sector yet who now appear to be a disposable commodity that are unprofitable cost centres.

We are concerned about the potential loss of huge knowledge banks and professional skills within the disability sector. Empowered Futures has a vision to bring together a team of highly skilled people who share our passion for providing a genuinely person centered service.

A group of people that are collectively committed to providing the highest levels of care for families with a young person experiencing the many challenges disability can present. A community of support that is committed to finding a way through the confusion, the apparent limitations, the budget constraints and the constantly changing environment. Empowered Futures believes families deserve better and as such we are committed to doing everything within our power to be a part of the solution and to help discover a better way.
