Centre Based Day Services – Community Hubs

Empowered Futures will establish a network of Community Hubs across the Greater Ipswich and Brisbane regions. These community hubs will operate as the bases from which our services in the respective region will operate. We will also offer centre based day support from these Community Hubs. Centre based day support allows us to operate in small groups and keep prices down in order to maximise funding packages. Our first Hub was opened mid-2015 in Jindalee. Our second Hub will open in Bundamba, Ipswich in early 2016.

Our Jindalee Hub is almost next door to Mount Ommaney Special School located at 8/132 Yallambee Road, Jindalee

Our Bundamba Hub is located in the gateway to Ipswich at 73 Brisbane Road, Bundamba

With only a 15 minute commute between our two hubs we are able to utilise both sites for different activities during our weekly post school support activities.
