Here at Empowered Futures we specialise in working with families and participants to develop one off bespoke solutions to meet their needs. A great example of this is our new Ellen Grove SDA home for three Participants. After months of trying we were unable to secure a long term tenancy/lease in their current home of almost 3 years so we worked with our SDA partner Bestlife Homes to co-design and build a purpose built home that has been designed around every specific need we could identify.
