Empowered Futures is committed to capturing the incredible knowledge base and skills set of experienced allied health practitioners before they are lost forever.

It is our concern that as long term disability providers restructure their businesses we are seeing large numbers of allied health professionals losing their jobs for more profitable elements of their business models. We hope to build a coalition of allied health professionals which will enable parents to continue to connect with highly skilled practitioners who are able to offer optimal therapeutic support for young people.

We hope to retain this very valuable knowledge base and skills set within the disability sector and believe this is a key to delivering strong outcomes for people with disability.
