In-home support

It is our experience that many families just need a little support to retain some sense of everyday functioning. In-home support provided by Empowered Futures is one way that your young person can be cared for amongst the familiar environment of their home. Often this is more comfortable for them as they have all their personal items close at hand. A support worker can get to know your young person amongst their lived environment, including their family members and pets. This gives parents a chance to have a short break either at home or away from home while the young person is appropriately cared for.
